- Assist guests with menu selections provide recommendations and take accurate orders
- Coordinate dining room activities to ensure prompt and efficient service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Train the waitstaff team to provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and manage inventory of dining supplies including cutlery glassware and linens
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless flow of service and timely delivery of dishes
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter or similar role in a luxury dining establishment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of dining room procedures and etiquette
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluency in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Flexible schedule including the ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in Greece EU
