Job Summary

  • Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide information about the resorts facilities services and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
  • Ensure a clean and organized front desk area
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures including confidentiality and security protocols

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Flexible schedule including the ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in Greece EU
