Job Summary
- Create and develop a wide range of craft cocktails while ensuring consistency quality and presentation
- Curate a diverse selection of spirits wines and beers to complement the cocktail menu
- Train and supervise the bartending team ensuring their professional development and adherence to service standards
- Maintain proper inventory control and monitor bar supplies and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service engaging with guests and providing personalized recommendations
- Develop and implement bar policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative food and cocktail pairings
- Stay updated on industry trends and participate in industry events and competitions
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Head Bartender or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort
- Extensive knowledge of spirits wines and craft cocktail techniques
- Creative flair and ability to craft unique and innovative cocktails
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluency in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Flexible schedule including the ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Professional certification in bartending or mixology is preferred
- Ability to work in Greece / EU
