- Prepare and cook dishes within your assigned section following standardized recipes and specifications
- Assist in the planning and development of new menu items
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in your section
- Ensure proper food storage handling and hygiene practices are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely production of dishes
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to quality and presentation standards set by the Executive Chef
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques and continuously seek to improve culinary skills
- Comply with HACCP and safety standards
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a luxury dining establishment
- Strong knowledge and experience in a specific culinary section (e.g. fish grill pastry)
- Experience in a fine dining or Michelin-starred kitchen is preferred
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for culinary arts
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Fluency in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Flexible schedule including the ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in Greece/ EU
