Job Summary
Position Title: Appointment Setter
Work Set-up: Work On-Site
Schedule: 10:00 PM 6:30AM
Salary: Php 25000 - 30000
Sign-on Bonus: TBC
Our client is a successful company specializing fisheries export that provide fresh quality fish to customers without harming the environment. They are committed to preserving ocean waters and marine life. They also work with multiple conservative group foundations governments and world leaders to develop new technologies and processes that are becoming industry standard while they continue to charge ahead in new groundbreaking areas of fishery data collection management and conservation.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN APPOINTMENT SETTER
Your Responsibilities as an Appointment Setter would be:
Prospecting and Lead Generation
Research and identify potential clients or customers from various sources (databases social media or company lists).
Use cold calling email outreach or social media messaging to initiate contact.
Engaging Potential Customers
Introduce the companys products or services to prospects.
Establish rapport and build trust through effective communication.
Qualifying Leads
Assess whether the prospect has a genuine need or interest in the companys offerings.
Gather information about the prospects needs challenges or budget to determine if they are a good fit.
Scheduling Appointments
Arrange and confirm meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives or other team members.
Coordinate schedules to ensure all parties are available.
Maintaining Records
Log interactions appointments and customer data in a CRM or database.
Provide feedback to the sales team on the quality of leads and insights gained from interactions.
Follow-ups and Reminders
Send reminders to both the prospect and the sales representative about upcoming appointments.
Conduct follow-ups with leads who werent ready to schedule an appointment initially.
Qualifications as an Appointment Setter:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
Patience and resilience especially when dealing with rejection.
