You wont be generating random leads.
Youll be converting provided leads into real scheduled conversations that turn into funded loans.

What Youll Be Owning
This is a pure outbound appointment-setting role covering two pipelines: Realtors and Borrowers.
Youll help increase production by consistently booking qualified meetings onto the brokers calendar.
Youll take the lead on:
- Calling realtors from provided spreadsheets to schedule partnership meetings
- Positioning introductory calls between the broker and real estate agents
- Confirming and reconfirming realtor appointments to reduce no-shows
- Calling borrowers who have filled out mortgage applications
- Following up on older leads (790 days old) to gauge interest
- Booking qualified borrower consultations directly on the brokers calendar
- Updating spreadsheets with call outcomes and notes
- Sending lead summaries when appointments are booked
- Maintaining accurate weekly KPI tracking
Important: You will not be harvesting leads. All contacts are provided. Your role is execution and conversion.
How the Workflow Actually Works
All leads are provided via spreadsheet
Calls are made one at a time (no auto-dial queue systems)
Preferred system: RingCentral or similar VOIP
No CRM access required
Calendar booking handled directly
Communication via Microsoft Teams
Weekly KPI tracking (appointments booked show rate call volume)
Ramp-up period: 24 weeks
Youll always know:
- How many calls to make
- What your booking targets are
- How performance is measured
Clear metrics:
- 3 realtor meetings per week
- 10 borrower consultations per week
- 13 total bookings per week once ramped
