Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Setter at a fast-growing lead generation agency that supports US-based financial professionals. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for engaging prospects qualifying leads and scheduling high-quality appointments for the sales team. We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual who is confident in communicating with potential clients and can thrive in a fast-paced results-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting lead generation sales support or a related role.
  • Fluent English communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and productivity tools such as Google Workspace Slack or Zoom.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while consistently meeting performance targets.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach through calls emails and social media to warm and cold leads.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs challenges and level of interest.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions within the CRM system.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to increase conversion rates.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach appointments set and lead conversions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and performance results.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects to the sales team.


Compensation

$1000 - $1800 per month paid in USD depending on experience.


Details

  • Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
  • Client has a desire for long term commitment.
