Schedule: 9am-5pm Central time (11pm-7am PHT)
Reports to: Founder & CEO

Overview
A fast-growing B2B cross-border payments platform is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth close deals and build strategic partnerships. This is a hands-on execution role combining sales partnerships and revenue operations systems management.
This is ideal for a revenue builder who can independently execute sales strategy while designing and running a structured revenue engine using CRM and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development
  • Own and execute the B2B sales strategy
  • Source structure and close enterprise and SME deals
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales motion
  • Consistently hit ARR and TPV targets
Partnerships
  • Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships (banks fintechs ecosystem players)
  • Develop channel partnerships to expand market reach
Customer Acquisition & Retention
  • Drive onboarding activation and repeat transaction growth
  • Build retention and referral workflows
  • Use CRM data to optimize LTV and reduce churn
Revenue Operations & Systems Ownership
  • Fully manage and optimize the CRM ecosystem (Zoho One)
  • Build dashboards automations workflows and forecasting reports
  • Architect and manage ClickUp workspaces automations and KPI dashboards
  • Deploy AI agents within ClickUp to streamline execution and reporting
  • Use for lead sourcing enrichment scoring and segmentation
  • Ensure clean reporting and 100% CRM adoption


Requirements

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years in B2B sales partnerships or fintech/payments
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals
  • Advanced expertise in:
    • Zoho One ecosystem (CRM Analytics Flow etc.)
    • ClickUp (workspace architecture & automations)
    • ClickUp AI Agents
    • (lead sourcing & enrichment workflows)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial systems-oriented and execution-focused





Required Skills:

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Develop own and execute clients sales strategy and sales process across diaspora and the Global South B2B segments. Build and manage a qualified pipeline of leads ensuring consistent conversion at each stage of the funnel. Design and execute deal sourcing structuring and closing with enterprise partners SMEs and ecosystem players. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas tied to ARR and transaction volume targets on TPVs (Total Payment Volumes) Active Customer acquisition and retained transaction activities Run outbound and Inbound deal motion. Including prospecting discovery calls product walkthroughs product development deal negotiation and closing Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth Identify negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with payment processors banks fintechs and diaspora associations. Forge channel partnerships to expand the clients reach in North America Europe and the Global South markets. Build a network of ecosystem allies (remittance players marketplaces regulators) that drive clients growth. Customer Acquisition & Retention Design and run customer acquisition campaigns targeting traders within diaspora-owned businesses and cross-border B2B import/export operators Build strong customer success processes to ensure high activation retention and referral rates. Drive Onboarding activation and repeat TPV growth. Implement a retention loop for Customer follow-up cadence referral system and churn prevention workflow Use CRM insights to optimize customer journeys and improve LTV (lifetime value).
