Position Title: Sales Execution Coordinator
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday/ 7:00 AM- 11:00 AM PHT; Part-Time (20 hours/Week)
Salary Package: Php 25000- Php35000

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SALES EXECUTION COORDINATOR (CEO & CCO SUPPORT)

We are seeking a highly organized and persistent Sales Execution Coordinator to directly support the CEO and CCO of an Australian technology company operating in government utilities and critical infrastructure markets.

This is not a routine sales admin role.
It is an execution and coordination role that exists to prevent commercial momentum from stalling especially in complex environments with shifting priorities incomplete information and long decision cycles.

You will act as an extension of the executive team ensuring clarity action and follow-through across sales conversations trials pilots partnerships and proposals. Youll close loops reduce mental overhead and keep commercial progress moving forward.

While the role does not carry negotiation or decision-making authority it requires sound judgment the confidence to chase accountability and comfort working around senior stakeholders..

Responsibilities as a Sales Execution Coordinator (CEO & COO Support)

Sales and executive support
Track active sales trials pilots partnerships and strategic conversations.
Maintain a realistic view of each conversation including whether it is progressing stalled political or inactive.
Attend selected sales or strategy meetings and produce concise decision-focused notes.
Proactively and persistently follow up on actions and commitments without waiting to be told.
Prepare short practical briefs before meetings and summaries after.
Maintain a live commercial pipeline that reflects reality not optimism.

Client and stakeholder communication
Draft clear factual follow-up emails for executive review or sending.
Schedule meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones using Google Calendar.
Coordinate and support meetings conducted via Zoom.
Identify missing information unclear ownership or decision blockers early.
Persistently and professionally chase responses decisions and next steps.

Proposals and commercial coordination
Create and manage proposal folders checklists and draft documents in Google Drive.
Coordinate inputs from technical operational and commercial teams.
Track proposal status and ensure progress closure or deliberate disengagement.
Maintain internal tracking documents and indexes used for commercial activity.

Administrative and ad-hoc support
Assist with related administrative or operational tasks as required.
Adapt quickly when priorities change without losing control of existing work.
Participate in required internal meetings and training sessions.


Qualifications as a Sales Execution Coordinator (CEO & COO Support)

Required
13 years experience in sales support executive support or commercial coordination roles.
Strong written English with the ability to write concise professional emails and summaries.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams without losing detail.
Comfortable following up with people senior to you when commitments stall.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail Docs Sheets Drive Calendar).
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred
Experience supporting B2B enterprise or government-facing teams.
Exposure to long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
Basic technical literacy comfortable working around technical topics without needing to design solutions.
