Job Summary
- Drive end-to-end delivery of new sites from planning to go-live
- Oversee build-outs furniture sourcing IT readiness and operational setup
- Manage permits licences and regulatory approvals
- Develop structured expansion playbooks to support future growth
- Coordinate suppliers freight forwarders customs brokers and local partners
- Oversee customs clearance duties and shipment timelines
- Mitigate risk across international supply chains
- Maintain approved vendor lists and procurement standards
- Establish and enforce clear show-ready standards
- Conduct regular inspections and readiness checks
- Ensure corrective actions are completed not just noted
- Maintain facilities that are always ready for client visits audits and leadership walk-throughs
- Set expectations schedules and accountability
- Train teams on procedures and escalation protocols
- Coordinate coverage for daily operations and events
- Partner with HR on hiring performance and development
- Negotiate and manage contracts
- Monitor SLAs and address service issues
- Track performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure cost-effective service delivery without compromising standards
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years experience in facilities management site expansion or multi-site operations
- Proven experience managing facilities teams
- Strong background in international procurement and logistics
- Experience managing permits regulatory compliance and vendor contracts
- Experience in BPO shared services or multi-location environments is highly regarded
- Strong leadership and accountability
- Operational discipline and attention to detail
- Confidence managing international supply chains
- Budget ownership and cost control
- Ability to navigate regulatory environments
- Strong documentation and reporting habits
