Position: Administrative Assistant Firm: EPI Financial Group Location: Troy MI Overview: Join a trusted leader in the financial and estate planning industry! EPI Financial Group based out of Troy MI began over twenty years ago with a vision: to help individuals coordinate their finances with their estate planning needs. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated to start a career in the financial industry. If you are dependable and highly detail oriented we have the opportunity for you! What youll do: - Answer phones in a friendly warm manner
- Calendar management including setting and confirming appointments
- Prepare documentation and materials in advance for client appointments
- Maintain the firms CRM system (Redtail) through accurate data entry and database management
- Assist clients with issues concerns and account inquiries
- Manage filing system
- Sort scan and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Maintain job-related/industry specific compliance files
- Prioritize daily tasks to be proactive in time management
What Were Looking For: - High School Diploma
- Proficient skills with MS Office Suite
- Comfortable and familiar with CRM platforms
- Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written delivered with a sincere and caring attitude
- Thrive in a time sensitive environment and adaptable to change without affecting the quality of work
- Possess a willingness to learn and openness to feedback
What Youll Get: Pay & Perks: - $35000 - $40000/year based on experience bonus potential

Schedule: - In office: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm
