Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers clients and vendors
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and basic reports
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) for daily tasks
- Assist with scheduling data entry and document organization
- Maintain a professional and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Spanish & English (required)
- Prior front desk or administrative experience preferred
- Strong phone and customer service skills
- Experience working with spreadsheets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
