Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and energetic Executive to join our growing Business Development team in the fast-paced world of E-commerce and this role you will act as the right hand to our Business Development Manager playing a crucial part in expanding our market reach. You will turn raw ideas into visually compelling proposals analyze data to support strategic decisions and manage key stakeholder relationships to drive business growth.

What Youll Do

  • Assist the Business Development Manager in crafting high-impact pitch decks and business proposals transforming raw ideas into visually compelling presentations that persuade clients.
  • Conduct market research and analyze performance data to identify emerging trends business opportunities and actionable insights that support strategic planning.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and partners managing inquiries coordinating meetings and ensuring seamless communication between external stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of essential documentation including contracts quotations and onboarding materials for new merchants or partners.
  • Monitor the landscape of E-commerce Live-commerce and Social Commerce to ensure our strategies remain competitive and relevant.

Who You Are

  • Possess a Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration Economics Mass Communications or a related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong internships or a keen interest in E-commerce; 1-2 years of experience is an advantage.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in presentation tools (Microsoft PowerPoint Canva or Keynote) with the ability to structure thoughts into clear attractive slides.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and Microsoft Excel; you have the ability to interpret data and understand the story behind it.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language with the confidence to present ideas to internal teams and clients.
  • Exhibit a high sense of ownership and commitment; you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to go the extra mile to get the job done.
