We are representing our client in Mining & Building Materials industry. As the company prepares for expansion they are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to be based at their HQ in Sri Damansara Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting screening interview arrangements and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records HR database and personnel files.
- Prepare letters contracts and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll input leave administration and attendance tracking.
- Support training coordination and employee development programs.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Organize employee engagement events and wellness programs.
- Handle HR inquiries and support internal communication efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience preferably in manufacturing or construction-related industries.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labour laws and HR operational processes.
- Good organizational time management and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
