About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Personal Injury Attorney to join a rapidly expanding plaintiff-side personal injury practice in Springfield Massachusetts. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives on responsibility enjoys courtroom advocacy and wants the opportunity to take full ownership of cases from intake through resolution.

You will handle a diverse and active caseload work closely with a collaborative legal team and play a key role in mentoring staff while delivering outstanding results for clients. This position offers meaningful autonomy professional growth and the chance to make a real impact on clients lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Trial Advocacy

  • Represent clients confidently in personal injury trials.
  • Develop persuasive legal strategies and deliver compelling courtroom arguments.

Negotiation & Settlement

  • Lead settlement negotiations with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
  • Secure favorable outcomes aligned with client goals and best interests.

Full File Management

  • Independently manage cases from intake through settlement or trial.
  • Ensure files are handled efficiently accurately and on schedule.

Team Leadership

  • Train mentor and supervise legal staff.
  • Promote a high-performing collaborative and accountable team environment.

Client Communication

  • Maintain consistent compassionate and professional communication.
  • Guide clients clearly through every stage of the legal process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law.
  • Proven trial experience with demonstrated courtroom success.
  • Strong negotiation skills and solid understanding of settlement procedures.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with full file responsibility.
  • Experience training mentoring or supervising legal staff.
  • Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
  • Licensed to practice law in Connecticut or eligible to waive in.
  • Friendly energetic enthusiastic and hardworking with a strong client-first mindset.
