The Role
The firm located in Denvers Tech Center is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 years of
litigation experience ideally within commercial construction or insurance-related litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims
Handle personal injury construction premises liability coverage disputes and bad faith
matters
Take and defend depositions
Draft motions
Attend court hearings in state and federal courts
Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis
Provide pre-litigation evaluations and client recommendations
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
Local Candidates only
Active Colorado law license
3 years of litigation experience
Experience in construction matters commercial litigation or insurance-related litigation
preferred
Strong research and writing skills
Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload
Comfortable using legal technology
