Job Summary
In this role youll manage cases from inception through resolution while playing a key part in the continued growth of the practice. Youll work alongside a collaborative team of experienced attorneys with the support and resources of a top-tier firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a full caseload of complex litigation matters
Represent policyholders in insurance disputes including coverage issues claim denials and bad faith claims
Draft pleadings motions and legal documents
Handle depositions mediations hearings and trials
Develop case strategy through legal research and analysis
Negotiate with opposing counsel and insurance carriers
Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development
What Were Looking For:
JD and active bar license in good standing
10 years of litigation experience (insurance litigation strongly preferred)
Strong trial negotiation and case management skills
Proven ability to work independently and drive cases forward
Interest or experience in client development
