Role: Account Manager/Integrated Producer (Hybrid role)

Location: Gurgaon India

About the role:

OLIVER is a global marketing skilled creative talents are dedicated to high-profile clients and are based either onsite near site or offsite in our hubs. OLIVER partnered with adidas in 2015 building out a language localisation team and since then we have launchedmultipleteams andwe are now embarking on our biggest venture with them in the form of a centralised adaptation global team.

With an unmatched history and tradition of creating iconic products consumerconnectionsand experiences adidas has been defining sport culture since the beginning. Andtheyrenot done. We are working with adidas to build a dedicated global centralised adaptation dedicated team which will deliver all their global localised remastering and adaptation needs.

Our team will support adidass global markets from our centralised offices as well as being onsite/near-site with the clients in these markets. The support will span fromeCom social print and their retail content needs. This team will serve as adidas bespoke global adaptation global agency working at the heart of their business.

We are looking for people who want to work closer with clients and brands who are entrepreneurial and relish the opportunity to be a part of something new and dynamic.


What you will be doing:

  • Working with globally supplied creative delivering end to end management oflarge brandcampaigns. Channels: Retail and in-store advertising Digital Social OOH DOOH Ecom Paid Media
  • End to end management of all asset creation across; Retail and in-store advertising Digital Social OOH DOOH and Press
  • Working with offsite / international hubs to deliver work

Delivering project ownership with support from the Account Team including:

  1. Interrogating and adapting client briefs sotheyreProduction and Studio friendly
  2. Working with client to forecast and plan workloads
  3. Planning and booking the required studio resource with the Resource Manager
  4. Briefing work to the creative team to execute
  5. QC of all assets before sharing with clients
  6. Managing review and amends with clients
  7. Developing and managing project timelines
  8. Estimating how long a job will take
  9. Communicating project milestones to all relevant team members
  10. Final delivery of assets to client and media partners
  11. Work collaboratively within the team to deliver high quality work
  12. Daily and weekly status reports delivered both internally and externally with client
  13. Work collaboratively motivate and encourage the closest and wider teams ensuring all team membersremainfocused on delivering the best work possible and feel supported in doing so
  • Be pro-active and therefore anticipate and rectify issues at the project outset before they become a problem. Identify manage and mitigate against project risks at all times
  • Plan and schedule projects efficiently therefore ensuring theoptimumuse of company resources
  • Communicate project status both internally and externally according to agreedaccount process
  • Oversee the creative output; acting as guardian to ensure quality is kept high across all projects
  • Strive to follow and implement the best practice production process within OLIVER and with clients
  • A strong passion for sport and particularly for the adidas brand.
  • Ideally a strong background in advertising campaign production.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 2-4years experienceworking in an agency / high volume production environment
  • Experience working in an advertising agency; sports and lifestyle category is a plus
  • Experience delivering creative or creative production for retail and paid media campaigns
  • Cross channel experience; Retail and in-store advertisingDigital Social OOH DOOH Ecom Paid Media
  • Experience with multiple projects across multiple languages at once
  • A solid understanding of channel best practices
  • A mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of activity
  • Be asolutionfocused team member with confident communication skills bothinternally and externally with client
  • Strong project management skills and highly detail-oriented and organised
  • Ability to quickly immerse in brandsproblem-solve and be fully into role within 90days
  • Smooth team operations with flawless execution of projects on time and with excellence
  • Confident in contributing to daily and project stand-ups
  • A basic understanding of Adobe PhotoshopInDesignandAfterEffectsand whattheyre used for
  • Good understanding of how long things take and ability to estimate timerequiredfor creatives
  • Experiencein managing external stakeholder relationships such as media wholesale orecompartners
  • Comfortable with working with remote clients and functional team in different time zones and cultures
  • Experience managing projects from briefing to delivery
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
