Job Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented Key Account Executive for a growing Learning & Development company to manage corporate clients ensure successful program delivery and drive account growth & retention.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B relationship management client servicing and revenue growth within L&D / Training / EdTech / SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture assigned corporate accounts

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication

  • Ensure smooth execution of training programs

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

  • Track account performance and client satisfaction

  • Coordinate with trainers and internal teams

  • Handle renewals and contract negotiations

  • Prepare account reports and MIS updates



Requirements


  • Strong Key Account Management experience

  • B2B Client Relationship Management

  • Knowledge of Learning & Development / Corporate Training industry

  • Upselling & Revenue Growth Strategy

  • Negotiation & Presentation Skills

  • CRM handling (Zoho / Salesforce / HubSpot preferred)

  • Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Problem-solving & coordination abilities
