Role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Customers understanding their business
objectives and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions.
Perform daily Customer visits & Updation of CVR & Asianet Account Information System.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities delivering innovative solutions that provide added
value and contribute to the companys sales targets.
Act as a customer contact point within the organization ensuring client feedback is heard and acted
upon to reach win-win resolutions and enhance service delivery.
Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts
while meeting Customers evolving needs.
Stay abreast of industry trends competitors and market dynamics providing Customers with
valuable insights and positioning them for success.
Collaborate with internal teams including product development and marketing to deliver seamless
service and solutions to key accounts.
Adhere to 100% CAF/ Customer Documentation and Payment collection compliance and updation.
Requirements
Preferred candidate profile
Graduates preferably MBAs with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; candidates with
higher experience will be considered for suitable roles. Preferably from Telecom/ISP industry.
Demonstrated expertise as a Key Account Manager with a proactive approach in a B2B service
industry or a similar client-facing role within the technology sector.
Proven sales prowess consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
Strong proficiency in key account management presentation delivery communication and
relationship-building.
Familiarity with CRM software and adeptness in utilizing data analysis tools.
Strategic mindset with a thorough comprehension of market trends and industry advancements.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
