Job Summary
Main Purpose:
To manage delivery of projects across different entities of client governance.
- Responsible for implementing the Turner & Townsend way of delivery for the project management services.
- Responsible in managing the project budget throughout the design development procurement and construction stages.
- Manage multiple stake holders like procurement technical project management and contracts teams.
- Responsible for handling a team of Cost managers / Asst cost managers to ensure smooth progression of the project.
- Reviewing and giving inputs to develop capital planning cost plans/reports in various stages and preparing the pretender estimates.
- Providing inputs and managing the value engineering process.
- Manage the project delivery post contract stage and change management in both pre and post contracts.
- Ensuring the publishing of the weekly monthly report to the stakeholders.

Qualifications :
Bachelor of Civil Engineering/MEP.
