Job Summary
Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive efforts in our flagship product Zion
RCM. This is a pivotal role within Zealie offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of
RCM solutions in the Behavioral Healthcare industry in the United States.
As a Product Manager for Zion RCM you will be responsible for the end-to-end product
lifecycle-from ideation to launch and beyond. You will gather and prioritize product and
customer requirements create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and develop
UX mockups. Collaborating closely with users engineering teams and executive leadership
you will ensure that our product offerings align with market needs and company goals.
You will work within an Agile development framework translating user needs into functional user
stories prioritizing backlogs and overseeing the successful delivery of product increments. Your
role serves as the critical link between our customers (both internal and external) and our
development teams.

Participate in all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning
backlog grooming demos and retrospectives.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog ensuring that the most valuable
features are delivered promptly.
Review and accept completed user stories ensuring they meet the defined
acceptance criteria and quality standards.

Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field.
An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven
environment.
At least 3 years of experience working with RCM products or within the Medical
Billing industry. Experience in Behavioral Healthcare RCM is highly preferred.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
Technical Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven
environment.

Preferred experience in UX design.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
