Job Summary and Responsibilities
An amazing opportunity has just opened for a Director Nursing of Perioperative Services for St. Bernardine Medical this role youll oversee the daily operations of the Operating Room PACU and Sterile Processing departments. You will develop and manage strategy budget resource allocation and will regularly assess the unit operations and identify process improvements to enhance patient care and patient experience. To do this you will lead a team comprised of 200 staff members with four managers. Our surgical services consists of 10 operating rooms and we offer services for many specialties including open heart general urology orthopedics and robotics with our two DaVinci Xi units.

Job Requirements
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience and Masters degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g. MSN/MBA/MHA) required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience required.
- Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience required.
Required Licensure:
- Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
