The Boeing CompanyWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Technical Specialistto support our engineering executive in Renton Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and the ability to identify trends in recurring data including performance and engineering data such as on-time performance quality metrics and manufacturing defects. This role will involve digesting complex data sets and articulating findings through presentations and reports.
Position Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze recurring data to identify trends and insights related to performance metrics manufacturing and engineering data.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive PowerPoint presentations and other documentation to effectively communicate trends and findings to the engineering executive and senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the executive senior leaders and managers to ensure that data insights are easily accessible and actionable for solving recurring problems.
- Meeting Support: Provide general support for meetings including scheduling preparing materials and taking minutes.
- Project Management: Assist in project management tasks as needed ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Organizational Support: Address general needs for the organization including facilities needs meeting bookings workshop and event support
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site in Renton WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelorsdegree in Data Analytics Business or Engineering and Technology related field
- Proven experience in data analysis and trend identification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Previous experience supporting executives or senior management.
- Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Companys Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
