Job Summary
Sitecore is looking for skilled Solr/Java expert who will be responsible for the provisioning management maintenance monitoring and troubleshooting of Solr search instances used in the Sitecore Managed Cloud Platform.
Qualifications :
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Understanding of Java JVM JDK/JRE
- Ability to interpret java heap dumps and thread dumps
- Linux system administration experience
- Outstanding problem solving and logical thinking skills
- Great communication skills in English
Experience in the following would be a plus:
- Previous experience with Apache Solr
- Cloud experience ideally Microsoft Azure
- Experience in troubleshooting software performance & scalability issues
- Experience working with technologies such as Kubernetes is a plus
- Experience with Windows system administration
