Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: 

To achieve these outcomes you will:

Operational Excellence & Process Management

  • Own day-to-day operations functions processes and central documentation to maintain consistency and alignment across global business units.
  • Review and validate project setup and billing to ensure accuracy compliance and timely revenue recognition.
  • Serve as the primary resource for end users on business tools documentation and process inquiries.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and report on business resourcing and financial data; build and manage complex Excel models and dashboards.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of project data in project management systems (e.g. NetSuite Rocketlane).
  • Support field teams and management with organizing and reporting on key KPIs and performance metrics.

System Administration & Training

  • Administer engagement delivery tools and processes; ensure they are current effective and user-friendly.
  • Facilitate end-user training on tools and processes; create and maintain process documentation for adoption and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain PSA tool system integrations

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements lead projects from discovery through implementation and validation.
  • Collaborate with Regional Operations Leaders project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and refine processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with leaders and colleagues act as a trusted advisor on operational matters.

Qualifications :

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

  • 35 years of experience in business analysis operations or equivalent roles; Professional Services experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in operations functions within a software vendor or SaaS environment is a strong plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent decision-making presentation and written/verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly work independently and thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility ownership and accountability.
  • Exceptional planning time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Analytical mindset: asks questions checks for understanding and applies creativity to solve problems.
  • Team player quick learner comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Fluent in English (required).

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas data modeling).
  • Experience with the following tools is a significant plus:
    • NetSuite OpenAir RocketLane or similar Project Management tracking tool
    • NetSuite ERP/GL Workday or similar ERP
    • BI reporting tools (e.g. COGNOS or equivalent)
