Responsibilities:
Lead Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract hire and onboard top talent across the organization.
Recruit & Manage: Oversee the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and pre-boarding.
Prevent Infant Attrition: Proactively identify and address the root causes of early employee turnover. Develop and implement strategies to improve the candidate experience and ensure a seamless engaging onboarding process.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring recruitment goals are met.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance.
Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics including infant attrition rates time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. Use data to optimize processes and report on progress.
Brand Ambassador: Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
