Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application/Software Technical Support - Sr. Executive cum Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking and financial services domain particularly in NBFC and NBFC-MFI applications support.
Key Responsibilities & Support Activities:
- Provide technical support for applications such as Craft Silicon Core Banking LOS/LMS and other LOS/LMS solutions used across the NBFC and NBFC-MFI domains.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues ensuring minimal Resolution time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain application solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Train and mentor junior support staff fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of application upgrades and new implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all platform-related activities managing the configuration and integrations.
- Provide support troubleshoot issues and ensure platform updates and improvements are effectively implemented.
- Develop and deliver training sessions user guides and best practices to ensure the platform is effectively used across the organization.
Key Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Any additional certifications in database management applications management will be advantageous.
- Project management experience with platform implementations and automation projects will be an advantage.
- Basic IT programming knowledge and understanding of integration behaviours such as APIs and scripting behaviors will be an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the banking and financial services domain specifically in NBFC and NBFC-MFI applications support.
Educational Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field is an added advantage.
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science or related field.
- PG Diploma in a relevant discipline is preferred.
