Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes effectively
- Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance management
- Handle performance management and employee relations
- Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and support data-driven decisions

Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven work experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and regulations

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
