Techy, an innovative company in the industry, is seeking an experienced HR Operation Manager to join our team in Andhra Pradesh, India. As the HR Operation Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our HR operational processes to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
