Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide guidance and support to junior customer service representatives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy

Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Desired Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
