Job Description: Client Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients of FDR Financial Group
- Assist clients with inquiries account management and issue resolution
- Handle incoming calls emails and other forms of communication in a professional manner
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
- Maintain client records and update information in the database
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance client service skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in client interactions
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
