Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls emails and other communications related to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer service software.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role.
  • Experience in the staffing industry or industrial operations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of workforce management and scheduling.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $20 - $25 per hour
