- Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
- Experience working in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
