  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
    • Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
    • Enter customer information and order details into the system accurately
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
    • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry
    • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Desired Experience:
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
    • Experience working in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
