Comfort using web-based tools (ticketing systems CRMs knowledge bases)
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability during scheduled shifts
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat (and occasional phone support as needed)
Resolve common account billing and product questions using internal tools and documentation
Document interactions clearly in the ticketing/CRM system and maintain accurate case notes
Triage prioritize and manage a queue based on urgency and established guidelines
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team and track progress through resolution
Follow standard processes while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and customer experience
Maintain a professional empathetic tone and ensure timely follow-up and closure
