Job Description: Client Services Coordinator at Armstrong Transport Group
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients addressing their inquiries concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and schedule shipments ensuring all logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions transactions and shipments in the company database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise during the transportation process.
- Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their shipments and address any delays or discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and invoicing questions for clients.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration logistics or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for shipping and logistics management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining client records and processing shipments.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client services or logistics coordination.
- Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures.
