Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client onboarding meetings to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized workforce solutions that align with client operations.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients including recruitment training and deployment of workforce.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions staffing placements and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client onboarding processes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple client accounts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing client needs.
Desired Experience:
- 1-5 years of experience in client management onboarding or related roles.
- Experience in the staffing industry or working with industrial clients is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
