Job Summary

Were looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to deliver high-quality support to our customers primarily through email and live chat with occasional phone support when needed. Youll handle questions resolve common issues and make sure each interaction is professional helpful and completed in a timely manner. Youll use a modern support toolset follow documented workflows and partner with internal teams to escalate and close cases efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone whos customer-first detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple conversations in a fast-paced remote environment.

Location

Remote. Applicants must have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet dedicated workspace.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 1 year of experience in customer service customer support or client relations (email/chat support is a plus)

  • Strong written communication and a consistently professional tone

  • Ability to multitask prioritize and stay organized while working remotely

  • Comfortable using web-based tools (ticketing platforms CRMs knowledge bases)

  • Dependable internet connection and consistent availability during scheduled shifts


Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers via email and chat with occasional phone assistance as needed

  • Resolve common account billing and product-related questions using internal tools and documentation

  • Log and document interactions in the ticketing/CRM system with clear accurate case notes

  • Manage and prioritize a queue based on urgency and established guidelines

  • Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team and follow through until resolution

  • Follow standard processes while suggesting improvements to workflows and the customer experience

  • Maintain an empathetic polished tone and ensure timely follow-up and closure
