Position: Home Care Scheduler

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule home care services for patients based on their needs and availability of caregivers.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers patients and caregivers to ensure smooth and efficient scheduling of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and communicate any changes to all parties involved.
  • Monitor caregiver availability and distribute work assignments appropriately.
  • Respond to inquiries and concerns from patients and caregivers regarding scheduling and appointments.
  • Provide support to patients and caregivers to ensure a positive and stress-free experience.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of scheduling software.

Desired Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling or customer service roles.
