Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care activities to ensure timely and effective delivery of healthcare services
- Communicate with healthcare providers insurance companies and other stakeholders to coordinate care plans
- Advocate for patient needs and promote patient-centered care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments obtaining prescriptions and accessing resources
- Promote health education and disease prevention initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in medical terminology and healthcare systems
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
