The Learning Experience is seeking an experienced and strategic Area Manager to support and oversee multiple early learning centers across the Arizona division. This role is ideal for a proven leader who excels in operations team development and maintaining high standards across multiple locations.
What You Will Do
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple early learning centers
- Support and coach Center Directors to ensure strong performance and compliance
- Monitor staffing scheduling enrollment and labor management
- Ensure compliance with state licensing health and safety requirements
- Partner with leadership on hiring training and professional development initiatives
- Support tours enrollment strategies and family engagement when needed
- Analyze center performance metrics and implement improvement plans
Arizona Requirements
- Experience in a multi site leadership role within early childhood education
- Strong understanding of Arizona licensing and compliance standards
- Valid fingerprint clearance card required
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
