Job Summary
We have a new opportunity for a Truck Shop Service Manager in Riviera Beach Florida. Working with a notable Class Eight repair and hauling center this position oversees shop and technician processes working directly with customers and ensuring profitability.
Compensation:
- $90000 - $95000/year salary DOE
- 20% Bonus Potential based on KPIs
- 401K Health Benefits PTO
Shift/Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Day Shift Operational Needs
Requirements:
- 5 Years in a Management position Service Parts Foreman.
- Class Eight Heavy-Duty Diesel background needed.
- Ability to direct hire manage a team of Diesel Technicians.
- Ensure P&L reporting parts/service process.
- Work directly with clients/customers business development an asset.
- Liaison between Service Towing Heavy Equipment Parts departments.
- Selected candidate will be subject to background checks drug screening.
