Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional field support to ensure the successful installation and maintenance of solar systems with a focus on SolarEdge Enphase and Tesla systems.
  • Remote troubleshooting of SolarEdge Enphase and Tesla systems employing a strong electrical background.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during field operations.
  • Conduct site visits to assess equipment and installation quality ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Educate customers on operational processes and system maintenance to foster satisfaction and understanding.
  • Maintain detailed records of field activity including installation progress customer interactions and technical challenges.
  • Assist in the training of new team members on installation protocols and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technology to enhance service delivery and improve customer outcomes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a technical field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Technical proficiency in SolarEdge Enphase and Tesla systems coupled with a solid understanding of electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively assist customers and team members including the ability to take and make phone calls.
  • Self-driven logical thinker with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to various job sites.

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in a technical support role preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical systems installation and troubleshooting of solar equipment.
  • Experience interacting with customers ensuring high satisfaction levels through effective service.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to solar installation.
