Job Description: Field Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional field support to ensure the successful installation and maintenance of solar systems with a focus on SolarEdge Enphase and Tesla systems.
- Remote troubleshooting of SolarEdge Enphase and Tesla systems employing a strong electrical background.
- Collaborate with installation teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during field operations.
- Conduct site visits to assess equipment and installation quality ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate customers on operational processes and system maintenance to foster satisfaction and understanding.
- Maintain detailed records of field activity including installation progress customer interactions and technical challenges.
- Assist in the training of new team members on installation protocols and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technology to enhance service delivery and improve customer outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a technical field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
- Technical proficiency in SolarEdge Enphase and Tesla systems coupled with a solid understanding of electrical systems.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively assist customers and team members including the ability to take and make phone calls.
- Self-driven logical thinker with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in a technical support role preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems installation and troubleshooting of solar equipment.
- Experience interacting with customers ensuring high satisfaction levels through effective service.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to solar installation.
