The Commercial Account Manager Support VA will play a vital role in supporting the Commercial Account Manager by performing primary administrative tasks while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills. This position requires strong expertise in account retention sales support and operational accuracy to help maintain and grow client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize commercial accounts to ensure compliance and operational accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service through client interactions addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Enhance revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Support the Commercial Account Manager in managing client relationships and ensuring consistent communication.
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing reports managing schedules and coordinating client meetings.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation related to client accounts and project progress.
- Actively participate in training and development to improve sales techniques and customer service skills.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent English proficiency and strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sales situations comfortably and confidently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a customer-first mentality.
Desired Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service administrative support or sales roles preferably in a commercial or service environment.
- Experience in the pest control industry or similar fields is a plus.
- A proven track record of maintaining client relationships and enhancing customer experience.
