Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to boost online presence and brand awareness.
- Manage the companys social media accounts and create engaging content across platforms such as Facebook Twitter LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences for various digital campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between digital marketing and content production.
- Run email marketing campaigns tracking engagement and optimizing for better performance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools integrating them into existing strategies.
- Report on ROI of digital marketing initiatives and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in SEO Google Analytics and PPC advertising.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Experience:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation and email marketing tools.
- Knowledge of HTML CSS and content management systems is a plus.
