Job Summary
Job Description: Wordpress Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop design and maintain WordPress websites according to client specifications.
- Customize existing themes and plugins to enhance website functionality.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed performance and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective web solutions.
- Conduct regular website audits troubleshoot issues and implement fixes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and WordPress developments.
- Manage website security and perform regular backups to ensure data safety.
- Provide training and support to clients on using WordPress features and tools.
- Utilize a combination of design and development skills specifically with Webflow ensuring a balanced approach between aesthetics and functionality.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in WordPress development and design.
- Proficient in HTML CSS JavaScript and PHP.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Experience with popular WordPress builders and themes (e.g. Elementor Divi).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress development.
- Portfolio of completed WordPress projects demonstrating diverse skills.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment with collaboration tools.
