Job Description: Business Intelligence Specialist
Position Overview
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to enhance our team starting from the first Monday of March. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of flow chart logic proficiency in Google Sheets and a basic understanding of APIs. You will play a crucial role in streamlining data processes and contributing to a dynamic work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize flow chart logic to design and improve data workflows.
- Employ Google Sheets for data analysis reporting and tracking.
- Assist in integrating and utilizing APIs for data exchange and analysis.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure effective data usage.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a strong cultural fit within the team.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of flow chart logic preferably with experience in tools like Zapier.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with data manipulation.
- Basic understanding of APIs and how to leverage them.
- Exceptional data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
- A positive attitude and ability to fit well within the company culture.
Work Schedule:
Initially the work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST with a 30-minute lunch break. Once established the schedule will adjust to Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST with additional flexibility for completing tasks at your convenience. This is a full-time position and some flexibility can be offered if needed.
Interview Process:
Interviews will be allotted a minimum of 30 minutes. Candidates are required to complete a questionnaire as a pre-interview screening to assess qualifications.
