Job Summary
A Paper Manufacturing Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to support procurement sourcing logistics and supply chain operations within our waste paper and paper production business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing raw materials managing supplier relationships and supporting efficient supply chain processes to ensure uninterrupted production operations. This role is suited for a professional with hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain activities who is keen on expanding sourcing options and contributing directly to on-site operations.
- Source and procure raw materials required for waste paper and paper production
- Identify evaluate and develop new sourcing options and supplier relationships
- Support raw material production planning and supply chain coordination
- Ensure a steady supply of materials to support continuous production
- Liaise with vendors transporters and internal production teams
- Maintain accurate procurement sourcing and supply chain records
- Support negotiations on pricing delivery timelines and supply terms
- Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain best practices
- Logistics coordination across external stakeholders
Requirements
- HND or Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Procurement Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in supply chain procurement or sourcing
- Experience within manufacturing recycling or paper production is an advantage
- Some background in operations would be preferable
- Strong communication coordination and negotiation skills
- Ability to work onsite at the production location
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
