As a member of the Pre-Sales team you play a critical role in the exploration and discovery stage.
You help Home Buyers understand our projects identify their needs and take the first step toward
finding a home that truly fits their life.
Key Responsibilities
Contact inbound and outbound leads promptly and professionally
Understand Home Buyer requirements such as budget location preference unit type and
timelines
Provide accurate transparent and up-to-date information on projects pricing layouts amenities
and location advantages
Qualify leads and assess readiness for site visits
Schedule site visits based on Home Buyer preferences and sales team availability
Coordinate with sales teams for smooth site visit planning
Confirm site visits and follow up with Home Buyers prior to the visit
Maintain timely and accurate CRM updates for all interactions
How You Will Support Our Home Buyers
Listen actively to understand what home means to each Home Buyer
Help Home Buyers explore options that genuinely suit their requirements
Offer clear answers while avoiding over-promising
Guide Home Buyers through early decision-making without pressure
Ensure Home Buyers feel informed comfortable and respected at every interaction
Daily Activities & Interactions
Calling new and existing leads to understand housing needs
Explaining project details clearly and accurately
Answering queries related to pricing availability and timelines
Scheduling and confirming site visits
Coordinating with sales advisors for visit readiness
Updating CRM with call outcomes requirements and visit details on the same day
Following up with leads to maintain engagement
Collaboration & Teamwork
You will work closely with Pre-Sales Leads Sales Advisors and CRM teams in a collaborative
energetic and result-oriented environment. Success in this role depends on teamwork shared
goals and mutual support.

Project collaterals and information decks
Internal communication platforms

Pre-Sales Executive: 03 years of experience in Pre-Sales Inside Sales Home Buyer engagement or similar roles Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory Freshers with strong communication skills and the right attitude are welcomeI Salary:2 to 3.5 LPA
