Responsibilities / Tasks
Provide the highest level of customer service and support to our customer base. Primary responsibility will be supervising and assisting technical hygiene specialists providing service and support helping our sales specialists and customers configuring troubleshooting and maintaining C.I.P. systems for the purpose of the customer to achieve the highest quality of milk.
Support Dairy Direct Sales Specialist and provide customers with technical hygiene and sanitation support to assist your customers achieve the highest quality milk.
Assess sanitation and related issues effectively and communicate both customer service needs and technical service requirements important to milk quality to Dairy Direct Sales Specialists Manager Co-workers and customers.
Keeps accurate record of calls including Wash Reports weekly call reports and document daily activities into CRM.
Develop your skill set as a problem solver milk quality specialist consultant and hygiene professional.
Coordinate with service partners and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and maintain effective business relationships.
Manage and perform on-site installation repairs maintenance and testing of hygiene equipment diagnose technical issues to determine solutions and ensure smooth operation by monitoring equipment performance maintenance needs and the performance of the hygiene technical team.
Oversee and evaluate the performance of hygiene technical employees assigning tasks based on their skills while ensuring safety timely project completion within budget and providing constructive feedback; review work orders and documentation to ensure accuracy produce detailed service reports and collaborate with the technical team to share information across the organization.
Collaborate with the Director to develop annual goals and strategies aligned with the long-term growth strategy ensuring the growth development and success of both the company and its employees.
Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular project updates addressing any questions and ensuring client satisfaction with the work being performed.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics as required on custom orders equipment parts and field employees requests.
Your Profile / Qualifications
The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $90000 - $110000 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors including skill set experience location qualifications and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
